Well I survived...

So I'm not dead you guys. I was at Bri's house yesterday and the day before, just spending some quality time with my sister :)

So we went to Target and bought her a new DVD player...and for some reason it took over an hour to get out of the store... Bri has trouble making decisions like me. After that we went to Blockbuster and rented some movies.. Brianna rented 3, but the only one i remember is 'Children of Men' which is a GREAT movie about the last baby on earth after 18 years of infertility. And I got 'An Inconvenient Truth' aaaand 'Fast Food Nation'.

Can't wait to watch 'em. I actually watched An Inconvenient Truth, but fell asleep halfway through. And I own Fast Food Nation the book.



Bri's so much fun to talk politics with. She's like me only a little more twisted and even MORE of a conspiracy theorist than I am. Wow, imagine that.

I have never seen that much flooding up close.

It's been raining for the bast 3 days and last night it was so heavy you can't even imagine it. There were thunderstorms and tornado warnings and flooding on every street, which we had to drive through anyways. And a kid drowned to death last night.



So I might not be able to update everyday if the weather's stormy, don't want to fuck up Mom's computer even more than I already have.

It's supposed to rain like hell and storm until Saturday.



Oh and back to tornadoes. If you haven't already experienced them I'll tell you what they're like.



Usually it's pretty warm and muggy and humid outside, kinda windy sometimes. And then the sky, which is already cloudy, turns purple and GREEN which is when you know something is terribly screwed up.



So you turn on the news and they tell you there's not only a tornado warning but a tornado WATCH in your county. They tell you to take cover in your basement, bathtub or interior clost with no windows. Not many people here have basements, by the way.

Scary as shit.



Right now it's windy, dark and cloudy and sunny from time to time. Sounds like a storm to me.
